#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves supplying a smoke trail material i.e. paraffin oil, to an exhaust strand (14) by a supply device (20), where the smoke trail material is based on paraffin. A fuel supply line (32) is removed for supplying the smoke trail material from a connection element (24) of the supply device, and a smoke trail material supply line (26) is attached to the connection element.
