A method for preventing immunocyte from uniting with the other cells is provided to cure and prevent inflammation-related diseases using molecule suppressing intracellular adhesion during inflammation reaction. A method for preventing immunocyte from uniting with the other cells includes a step of contacting the immunocyte and/or the other cells with a composition including bst2 antagonist. The other cells are immunocyte, endotheliocyte, smooth muscle cell, brain cell, spinal cord cell, peripheral nerve cell, cardiac cell, skeletal monocyte, lung cell, cell, tanycyte, blood vessel cell, spleen cell, large intestine and small intestine cell, stomach cell, nasoropharyngial cell and film cell or the connective tissue cells. The Bst2 antagonist is Bst2 decoy.
