<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a frame memory. <P>SOLUTION: Input data are stored by one line through an input processing unit 17 and high-order bits of one-pixel data are written to frame display sub-pixels in a unit pixel 12 through an output processing unit 19 to be displayed for a one-frame period.
