PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of performing appropriate color correction to an output image in consideration of chromatic adaptation by a color of an original. SOLUTION: The image processor 30 includes: a paper white area judgment processing part 80 which judges a paper white area in color image data; an original paper white calculation processing part 84 which calculates a representative value of pixel values of the paper white area of the original from the color image data of the area judged as paper white by the paper white area judgment processing part 80; a color correction recalculation judgment processing part 86; and a color correction recalculation processing part 90 which execute either of normal color correction processing or color correction recalculation processing in consideration of the color of the paper white area to the color image data based on the representative value of the pixel values.
