<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To systematically manage occurrence status of air-conditioning claim. <P>SOLUTION: This air-conditioning claim display device comprises an initial menu image, a database 11 storing a GUI image 18 with a claim monitoring function by each air conditioner system having a display area for displaying the number of claims of the day and month, and a claim touch button for inputting the air-conditioning claim with claim contents of hot and cold, an initial menu image displaying means 13A for reading out and displaying the initial menu image from the database 11 in a normal time, and a system management image display means 13B for displaying the GUI image 18 with the claim monitoring function of the air conditioner system from the database 11 when one of the plurality of air conditioner systems displayed on the initial menu image is touched when the air-conditioning claim with claim contents is received, +1 is added to the number of claims displayed on the display area, and displayed, when the claim touch button is touched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
