<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with thin fullerene wires composed of a substrate and a thin fullerene wires vertically aligned thereon and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate with thin fullerene wires composed of a substrate and thin fullerene wires vertically aligned on the surface thereof is produced by arranging a good solvent containing fullerene molecules on the surface of a penetrating porous material as the substrate, arranging a poor solvent for the fullerene on the back, pouring the poor solvent into the side of the good solvent through the trans-substrate pores of the porous material, and depositing and growing thin fullerene wires from the pores toward the side of the good solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
