PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform humidification of high saturation efficiency by improving contact efficiency of sprayed water and the air and to reduce a dimension of an apparatus, in a water spray humidifying device used in a printing factory, an office and the like and performing the humidification of high saturation efficiency. SOLUTION: A nozzle 2 of a single stage rotating on a shaft in parallel with the air circulating direction is disposed on a central portion of a gas-liquid contact portion 1 of the rectangular parallelepiped or circular cross-sectional shape in which the air is circulated, and the water is sprayed in the direction vertical to the air circulating direction, thus the contact efficiency of the spray water and the air can be improved, the humidification of high saturation efficiency can be performed, and a dimension of the gas-liquid contact portion 1 in the air circulating direction can be reduced.
