PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fuel accumulated at the lower part of a housing 5 from flowing into the combustion chamber of an engine at once in large quantity. SOLUTION: A step 19 formed between at least the lower surface of the intake port 2 of the engine in the gravity direction and the lower surface of the second intake passage 12 of the housing 5 in the gravity direction is eliminated by a slope member 16 contained in the valve storage space 25 of the housing 5. The fuel accumulated in the lower part of the housing 5 is thereby sucked into the combustion chamber of the engine over the step 19 by an intake air flow flowing along the sloped surface 34 of the slope member 16. Since the fuel accumulated in the lower part of the housing 5 does not flow into the combustion chamber for each cylinder of the engine at once in large quantity, the deterioration of exhaust gas performance due to the over-rich of air-fuel ratio in the combustion chamber of the engine is suppressed.
