摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine which sufficiently secures control performance of fuel injection amount at acceleration by considering the change in the cylinder inflow fuel amount caused by the behavior of gas temperature in an intake port varying in a mode of acceleration. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a fuel injection valve 32 for injecting fuel to an intake port 30. When an abrupt acceleration demand is issued, a value obtained by subtracting a fuel injection correction amount FIADJ from a reference fuel injection amount FIBASE is taken as a fuel injection amount FI to be injected by the fuel injection valve 32 during the period (TIME0) from the time t0 when a throttle valve 22 is opened at the start of acceleration to the time when a rise of gas temperature Tg in the intake port 30 caused by the influence of the compressibility of air is recognized.
