PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection unit of a bank note conveying passage capable of performing the connection in one operation without any positional deviation from each other. SOLUTION: The connection unit of the bank note conveying passage for connecting a bank note conveying passage comprises a body part having a square tubular shape substantially equal to a section of the bank note conveying passage, insertion projecting pieces arranged above and below the body part and inserted in a part of a frame of the bank note conveying passage, and engagement claws arranged in a vicinity of the insertion projecting pieces and engaged with ends of the bank note conveying passage. The insertion projecting pieces are inserted in a part of the frame of the bank note conveying passage, and the engagement claws are engaged with the ends of the bank note conveying passage to be coupled with the bank note conveying passage. Thus, the connection unit is attachable/detachable in one operation, and capable of connecting the bank note conveying passage without any positional deviation from each other.
