PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a web under conveyance with high quality without damaging the web. SOLUTION: In first to third row conveying units 20-22, conveying belts 23, 25, 27 are arranged at the position separate from a web 3 by conveying rollers corresponding to a moving path of a working head body 17, for example, a conveying roller 24-3 in the first row conveying unit 20, a conveying roller 26-3 in the second row conveying unit 21, and a conveying roller 28-3 in the third conveying unit 22.
