PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform traveling by anti-lock brake control in on-road traveling by assembling an existing anti-lock brake device to a multi-axle vehicle, and to enhance operability and traveling stability of the vehicle in outside-road traveling. SOLUTION: An existing anti-lock brake control part 130 and an intermediate shaft brake control part 30 as a control device at a high rank of the anti-lock brake control part are provided. At the intermediate shaft brake control part, the anti-lock brake control part is turned ON at selection of anti-lock brake control, and the anti-lock brake control is performed by the most front shaft and the most rear shaft. The anti-lock brake control is switched such that it is input to intermediate shaft brake force adjustment parts 65-68, and the anti-lock brake control is performed even on the intermediate shaft. Further, when the intermediate shaft brake control is selected, the anti-lock brake control performed at the anti-lock brake control part is turned OFF, and the intermediate shaft brake control is performed.
