PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the binding force of a band in each position in a width direction even when the band in a single layer structure is formed by continuously winding one belt-like ply. SOLUTION: The band 9 is formed in a manner that the belt-like ply 13 is circumferentially continuously wound spirally from the winding start end part 13A on the side of one side edge E1 in the tire shaft direction of the band 9 to the winding terminal end 13B on the side of the other side edge E2 in the tire shaft direction thereof. The band 9 has at least one cut part 14 extending in the width direction of the belt-like ply 13 with at least one band cord 11 cut, in a portion leading from the winding start end part 13A to the winding terminal end part 13B.
