PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicle driving device capable of suppressing damage to a wire connecting an electric equipment to a drive unit when load is applied from a front side at collision of the vehicle, and a vehicle including the structure. SOLUTION: The mounting structure for the vehicle driving device is provided with the drive unit 200 for driving the vehicle using motive power of a motor generator; PCU 300 provided above the drive unit 200 and controlling the drive unit 200; and a cable 500 for connecting the drive unit 200 to the PCU 300. The cable 500 is connected from a portion positioned at a front side of the vehicle in the PCU 300 to the PCU 300, and is connected from a portion positioned at a rear side of the vehicle relative to a central axis O1 of the motor generator in the drive unit 200 and positioned at an upper side relative to the central axis O1 of the motor generator to the drive unit 200.
