PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a press-stuck postcard at a low cost in a press-stuck postcard preparing apparatus, and a press-stuck postcard preparing method. SOLUTION: This press-stuck postcard preparing apparatus 1 is equipped with adhesive applying apparatus 9 and 10 which apply an adhesive to a sheet of press-stuck postcard paper 3, and a paper folding section 8 which folds the sheet of press-stuck postcard paper 3. The press-stuck postcard preparing apparatus 1 is constituted in such a manner that the adhesive is applied to the sheet of press-stuck postcard paper 3 while folding the sheet of press-stuck postcard paper 3.
