PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ground an antenna member without arranging an earth wire separately nor wiring the earth wire at a cabin side. SOLUTION: At one-side ends of both antennas 31, 32, extended sections 31a, 32a extending penetrating through holes 11a of the vehicle body mounting surface 11 of a spoiler body 10, through holes 1a of an outer panel 1 of a back door A formed of metal, and through holes 3a of an inner panel 3 are arranged, tips of the extended sections 31a, 32a are electrically connected to a vehicle body b1 (back door A) for grounding, and shield wires 25 for transmitting a received signal to information communication equipment 41 are connected to the connecting sections.
