PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly robot capable of effectively preventing scattering of foreign matters such as dust to outside. SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of guide rails 14, 15 extended along the longitudinal direction of a frame 2 is provided in the frame 2, and a plurality of slide tables 3, 4 individually movable along the guide rails 14, 15 are juxtaposed in the width direction of the frame 2. In portions corresponding to movable regions of the slide tables 3, 4 on the upper face of the frame 2, a pair of right and left opening parts 35 partitioned by a partition wall member 7 partitioning the respective slide tables 3, 4 are provided and covered with a plurality of shutter members 37.
