FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND FORMING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the resin volume content in the fiber-reinforced composite material more accurately in the forming method of a fiber-reinforced composite material. SOLUTION: The forming method of the fiber-reinforced composite material is the one that forms the same by winding resin-impregnated fiber bundles round a mandrel. The method has a first winding process of winding a resin-impregnated first fiber bundle round the mandrel and the second winding process of winding a resin-impregnated second fiber bundle round the mandrel on which the resin-impregnated first fiber bundle has been wound. The first and the second fiber bundle comprise a reinforcing fiber and a thermosetting resin fiber, and the content of the thermosetting resin fiber in the first fiber bundle is made larger than that in the second fiber bundle.
