FLAT PANEL DETECTOR

Provided is a flat panel detector which prevents characteristic deterioration of a phosphor layer with time, protects the phosphor layer from chemical deterioration or physical shock and has a stable contact status between a scintillator panel and a planar light receiving element. In the flat panel detector, a scintillator wherein the phosphor layer is arranged on a substrate, and a scintillator panel which is composed of a protection layer covering the phosphor surface of the scintillator are arranged on a surface of the planar light receiving element having a plurality of two-dimensionally arranged pixels. On a surface of the protection layer, a repeelable adhesive layer is arranged.
