<p>An orifice valve assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent junction failure by removing surface pollutant between the filler sheet and the orifice valve assembly with a chemical substance. A manufacturing method of an orifice valve assembly comprises the steps of: forming an inlet hole of a first cover sheet, an outlet hole of a second cover sheet, and orifice holes of specific pattern and through holes on a multi-layered orifice sheet(S510); washing the contact surface between a filler sheet and base sheets(S520); arranging the base sheets and arranging the filler sheet between each base sheet(S530); welding the filler sheets on the contact surface of each base sheet and heating them in the vacuum condition(S540); and refrigerating at low temperature so that the base sheets be matured(S550).</p> |
