<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with cycle characteristics improved. <P>SOLUTION: The battery is provided with a cathode 21 and an anode 22 together with the electrolyte solution impregnated in a separator 23 fitted between the cathode 21 and the anode 22. A solvent of the electrolyte solution contains a sulfone compound having a sulfonyl fluoride type structure with a sulfonyl group and a fluorine group combined, wherein a chain group having inter-carbon unsaturated bonding is combined with the sulfonyl group. Chemical stability of the electrolyte solution is improved as compared with the case in which the sulfone compounds are not contained or other sulfone compounds are contained, so that decomposition reaction of the electrolyte solution is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
