DEPOSITING TERMINAL, SERVER, DEPOSITING METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check whether the transaction is successful or not when a failure occurs.

SOLUTION: Value equivalent to the amount of money to be deposited can be reload into an electronic money card 5 when a bank bill is inserted into a depositing terminal 2 after setting the electronic money card 5 into the depositing terminal 2. The depositing terminal 2 performs communication with an electronic money server 3 when reloading money into the electronic money card 5, and the electronic money server 3 creates a transaction log. An electronic money system 1 receives the bank bill when the electronic money server 3 produces the transaction log. Therefore, the depositing terminal 2 produces a transaction incomplete log and transmits it to the electronic money server 3 when it is unknown whether the transaction log is created or not after inserting the bank bill. The electronic money server 3 checks whether the transaction log corresponding to the transaction incomplete log is produced or not when the transaction incomplete log is received from the depositing terminal 2, while outputs a message showing that the transaction log is not created.
