<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem, wherein in conventional ultrasonic wave transceivers, a cushion material consisting of a silicone material, a urethane material and, more has generally, been assembled by fitting in order to improve the deterioration of the reverberation characteristics due to the vibration of a sidewall, but if the vibration of the sidewall is high, then the vibration cannot be suppressed fully, and the reverberation characteristics have deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic wave transceiver, in which a unimorph vibrator consisting of piezoelectric elements that are laminated, is formed on the inner bottom surface of a bottomed cylindrical case, and transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves are performed, based on vibration of the unimorph vibrator; a cushion material is bonded to a whole of an outside of the sidewall of the bottomed cylindrical case with an elastic adhesive consisting of a silicone material and a urethane material so as to improve the reverberation characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
