<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine enabling a load for processing a starting memory of a main control device to be reduced and enabling the variety of games to be implemented by securely process-controlling the game through the main control device. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a display device (specified-symbol display device 30) capable of displaying a variation display game, the main control device (game control device 200) for monitoring prize-winning of a game ball to a start pocket and a sub-control device (display control device 300) for starting the game. The main control device is provided with: a variation display state decision means for deciding a variation display state in the game from a lottery result through a lottery means and a memory condition of a starting memory means (RAM 212) at a start of the game; and a variation display information sending means.
