PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of judging the occurrence of a trouble in a parking situation due to a change in a parking environment and of reporting the judged result to a user. SOLUTION: When judging that a passable distance of a third person's vehicle is not secured or three or more parked vehicles exist around a user's own vehicle (S130: No, S135: Yes), the judged situation is reported to a portable terminal 32 carried by the user (S140).
