PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route computing device and the like capable of easily computing a route for sending a plurality of passengers whose destinations are different to the different destinations respectively. SOLUTION: When a route computing device M automatically acquires specific information from belongings D which passengers hold through communication, reading out and the like, it collects the destination information of each passenger from desired data base, predetermined storage region and the like based on these specific information. Then, based on the collected plural destination information, a moving path of the mobile object which indicates stop-over order, route and the like for sending a plurality of passengers to the different destinations are computed, and the moving route of the mobile object for sending a plurality of passengers to the different destinations respectively are computed.
