摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a differential pressure regulating valve from being hindered from opening because an ink flows into the differential pressure regulating valve and is increased in viscosity. SOLUTION: In a differential pressure regulating valve unit 9, an ink reservoir chamber 105 is connected to a gas chamber 101, and also an ink reservoir chamber 106 is connected to a gas chamber 102. After a gas in a gas discharge channel is sucked by a suction pump, communication between the gas chamber 101 and the gas chamber 102 is blocked by a valve body 104. In consequence, while the gas discharge channel is sealed in a part between the differential pressure regulating valve unit 9 and a gas permeation film and kept at a negative pressure, the ink flowing into the differential pressure regulating valve unit 9 via a tube 7c from a switching unit accumulates in the ink reservoir chamber 105 by leakage of the negative pressure. By degradation of the gas permeation film, the ink which flows into the gas discharge channel passing through the gas permeation film and flows into the differential pressure regulating valve unit 9 via the gas discharge channel that includes the tube 7c accumulates in the ink reservoir chamber 106.
