PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bonding property, and prevent the increase of an electric resistance in a method for bonding a porous active electrode sheet to a collector electrode. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrode member for a nonaqueous electronic component includes: a process for forming an undercoated layer by applying and drying slurry containing conductive adjuvant and the latex of synthetic rubber on the surface of a sheet-shaped conductive material; and a process for overlapping and compressing the porous active electrode sheet containing at least carbonaceous material, conductive adjuvant and bonding agent as electrode active material on the surface of the undercoated layer.
