SOLUTION: An axon elongation control agent contains a medicine for promoting or inhibiting the function ofα-chimerin. Miffy mouse originated from B6 mouse exhibits an autosomal recessive inheritance related to a character which exhibits a gait abnormality walking in a state that right and left front and back legs are arranged, and has an abnormality inα-chimerin gene.
