PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle capable of preferably suppressing execution frequency of processing for optimizing memorized data of an electronic control unit in the vehicle provided with an automatic stopping/starting system. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the automatic stopping/starting system; an air-conditioning system; and a battery 19 for feeding electric power to the systems. On condition that operation processing of the electronic control unit 45 of the air-conditioning system is temporarily stopped by voltage reduction of the battery 19 accompanying with automatic starting of an internal combustion engine 11, leaning processing for learning reference rotation positions of motors 26, 30 provided on the air-conditioning system is executed. When the internal combustion engine 11 is automatically started during operation of the air-conditioning system in the form that absolute rotation positions of the motors 26, 30 are not varied, execution of the learning processing is forbidden.
