PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-purpose self-acupressure tool which allows a free choice of acupressure points against a suffocating strong stiffness and tension in a region from shoulder to back, and is low-priced, handy, and usable, and further is polyfunctional for waists, shoulders, backs, necks, occiputs, scalps, having many acupressure points, and the other sites. SOLUTION: The self-acupressure tool, which is made from a 25-40 cm long, 2-3 cm thick, and 4-6 cm high plate, is shaped to have 2-3 hollows having each an interval and a depth necessary to avoid touching with a back bone and 3-4 round projections each having a height of 4-6 cm, wherein the self-acupressure tool is furnished with a toppling prevention plate at the bottom and made of wood or synthetic resin by a mold to give the uniform shape.
