PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood processing circuit capable of obtaining more blood products from collected blood. SOLUTION: The blood processing circuit 100 includes a bag-shaped housing; a blood processing member which divides the housing into an inflow side blood chamber and an outflow side blood chamber; a blood processor 101 having a blood inflow port 106 communicating with the inflow side blood chamber and a blood outflow port 107 communicating with the outflow side blood chamber; a pretreatment blood filling vessel 109; a first tube 111 which connects the pretreatment blood filling vessel and the blood inflow port; a treated blood collection vessel 110; and a second tube 112 which connects the treated blood collection vessel and the blood outflow port. The treated blood collection vessel is filled with air in the quantity equivalent to or larger than the difference between the capacity of blood filled in the outflow side blood chamber of the blood processor and the capacity of air storage.
