PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dehydration system constituted so as to separate sludge to be treated, in which a flocculant solution is injected, into a separated liquid and dehydrated sludge by a sludge dehydrator and capable of keeping the water content of predetermined dehydrated sludge or the properties of the separated liquid to a predetermined range in the case where the properties of the sludge to be treated change suddenly or in the case where many kinds of sludges are subjected to dehydration treatment as the sludge to be treated. SOLUTION: The sludge dehydration system is composed of the sludge dehydration process equipped with the sludge dehydrator 1 for separating the sludge to be treated into the separated liquid and the dehydrated sludge and a sludge supply pipe 2 for supplying the sludge to be treated to the sludge dehydrator 1, the first flocculant supply process for supplying the flocculant solution formed from a flocculant and dissolving water to the sludge to be treated by a flocculant solution supply pipe 5 and the second flucculant supply process equipped with a flocculant dissolving machine 8 for introducing the flocculant solution to filter the same by a screen and dissolving the flocculant in the flocculant solution, and a flocculant solution supply pipe 9 for supplying the flocculant solution flowing out of the flocculant dissolving machine 8 to the sludge to be treated.
