PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of work for lifting a stationary apparatus, when taking out a horizontal level when installing the stationary apparatus. SOLUTION: A base 3 is arranged in the lowest part of an engine-driven generator 1, for supporting the engine-driven generator 1 on the ground, and has at least one jack applying part 33 on the outer periphery. In the engine-driven generator 1, the base 3 has at least one suspending metal fitting member 30, and the jack applying part 33 is arranged on an under surface of the suspending metal fitting member 30, and the suspending metal fitting member 30 can be removed.
