PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical roller bearing capable of securely molding a part functioning as a hooking part, improving assembly workability of the conical roller bearing, extending the length in a roller axial direction, and improving load rating. SOLUTION: The conical roller bearing comprises an inner ring 51, an outer ring 52, the conical roller 53, and a retainer 54. A flange 56 is provided only on a large-diameter side of an outside-diameter surface of the inner ring 51. The retainer 54 comprises a resin retainer main body 61, and a hooking member 62. The retainer main body 61 and the hooking member 62 are connected via an engagement structure 75. The engagement structure 75 comprises a notch 73 formed in an outer peripheral edge of the hooking member 62, a fitting piece 72 which extends from a large-diameter side annular part 54a of the retainer 54 axially outward, and is fitted into the notch 73 from the outside diameter, and an engagement piece 71 which extends from the outer end edge part of the fitting piece 72, and is engaged with an outer end surface of the outer peripheral side of the hooking member 62.
