PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a decorative pit preventing rainwater from spilling out through a gap of a rotary cover for a chute by reducing splash of the rainwater. SOLUTION: The decorative pit 41 has a substantially rectangular box shape. A substantially S-shaped conduit pipe 44 having a circular cross section is fixed to an opening 41b of a top part 41a and an opening part 41d of a bottom part 41c of the decorative pit 41. The conduit pipe 44 is arranged in a manner that center positions of the opening 41b and the opening 41d are arranged with an interval of a distance Y in a horizontal direction. An upper end part of the conduit pipe 44 is externally fitted and fixed to a drain pipe 43 of a balcony or an eave soffit 42 using an adhesive or the like. When neccessary, the top part 41a of the decorative pit 41 is also fixed to the eave soffit 42 by the adhesive etc. A lower part of the conduit pipe 44 is fixed to the opening part 41d of the bottom part 41c, and is protruded from the bottom part 41c by the length Y1 to form the chute 2 for the rainwater. A pair of locking hooks 13 are mounted on an outer peripheral part of an upper end part 3a of a square joint member 3 in a protruding manner, and the locking hooks 13 are inserted into the rotary cover 4 for the chute to be locked.
