PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auger head which prevents fragments shredded by a shredding blade and soil and stones entering a guide cap from below from clogging the interior or the vicinity of the guide cap during execution of concrete pile shredding work, and smoothly and efficiently executes shredding of concrete piles in the ground, and to provide shredding equipment using the auger head. SOLUTION: The auger head (H) is formed of: a cylindrical guide body (2) which has an internal diameter larger than the external diameter of each concrete pile to be shredded; the shredding blade (3) which is arranged inside the guide body (2) and functions to shred the concrete piles; a screw (1) which conveys the fragments shredded by the shredding blade (3) upward; and a cutting blade (4) which is arranged on a lower end of the guide body (2). The guide body (2) has discharge ports (20, 21) formed in a wall portion thereof, which discharge gravel or soil entering the interior of the guide body (2) via a gap between each concrete pile and the guide body (2).
