A catalyst composition is provided to show slow foam increment profile even in high isocyanate index and fast surface curing, and to obtain the polyisocyanurate/polyurethane foam without volatile amines and/or amine flavor. A composition for preparing the polyisocyanurate/polyurethane foam having the density of kg/m^3, comprises (a) one or more active hydroxy-containing compound, (b) a catalyst composition including one or more sterically hindered carboxylic acid salts, (c) one or more foaming agents(wherein, one or more foaming agents are not chlorofluorocarbon), and (d) one or more contact product of polyisocyanate. |
