TERMINAL AND PROGRAM FOR REPRODUCING VIDEO CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly fast-forward and rewind the content of a moving image to a reproduction position that a user desires in the moving image.

SOLUTION: A video content reproduction terminal includes: an operation means; a communication means; a display means; a storage means; a first control means for storing each pair of text data indicating subtitles corresponding to a series of frame images composing video content and time codes; a second control means for changing the subtitles every time when fast-forwarding or rewinding the subtitles is instructed and for transmitting a request including the time code paired with the text data of the changed subtitles via a communication means; and a third control means for allowing the display means to display the series of frame images, where reproduction is expected after a position on a time base indicated by the time code included in the request, along with the subtitles.
