ELECTRO LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY PANEL MODULE, TIMING GENERATOR, LIGHT SCANNING DRIVER, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a failure in correct writing of a signal potential into a hold capacitor is sometime caused by the transient phenomenon of a cathode potential.

SOLUTION: An EL (electro luminescence) display panel module is comprised of (a) a pixel array section which is arranged with pixels constituted of EL light emitting elements and pixel circuits thereof in a matrix form, (b) a horizontal selector which supplies the signal potential complying with a gradation level to each signal line, (c) a light scan driver which supplies a light scan pulse to a sampling transistor within the pixel circuit through a light scan line, and (d) a timing generator which generates the light scan pulse formed by delaying the sampling start timing with respect to the application start timing of the application start timing of the signal potential to the signal line by the set time length necessary for the fluctuation of the cathode potential by cross talks in converging down to the potential corresponding to a luminance difference ≤1% of the reference cathode potential before the sampling start timing of the signal potential.
