<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide loquat tea retaining freshness and useful for health by drying seeds or skins of loquat followed by roasting and chopping. <P>SOLUTION: The loquat tea is obtained by means for washing raw loquat seeds in water to remove sliminess from a seed surface, means for draining in a refrigerator, the loquat seeds from which sliminess is removed, means for machine drying the drained loquat seeds, and means for roasting the dried loquat seeds and cutting the strips. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
