<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material with an ultraviolet protection which enables printing on a base sheet mainly made of paper with a usual printing ink, and which is provided with a colorfast property and prevents color from fading or discoloring. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging material with an ultraviolet protection comprises a base material sheet made mainly of paper is provided with the base material sheet (1), a printing ink layer (2) on the outside face of the sheet (1), and the overprint varnish layer (3) covering a printing face including the layer (2).
