<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an airtight terminal for facilitating the crushing work of an inner lead part and setting to a holding material, the airtight terminal, a manufacturing method of a piezoelectric vibrator which enables miniaturization in addition to easiness, the piezoelectric vibrator, and further, an oscillator, electronic equipment and a radio-controlled clock. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the airtight terminal which is provided with a ring, a lead and a filler and seals a piezoelectric vibration piece in a case comprises: a plating treatment process S26 of plating an airtight terminal intermediate object whose lead is fixed in the ring by the filler and plating the ring and the lead; a setting process S27 of setting the airtight terminal intermediate object after applying plating treatment to the holding material; and a crushing process S28 of crushing the end of the inner lead part in the lead of the airtight terminal intermediate object set to the holding material and forming a step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
