PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing program, a document processing device and a document processing system, in which after an electronic document is registered in a registration place selected according to an estimated document format, a user can confirm the registration place of the electronic document based on output registration result information and transmits an instruction to change the registration place. SOLUTION: A document processing server 2A comprises a selection means 200A which selects, based on image information of the electronic document read by a composite machine 3, a registration destination corresponding to the format of the electronic document and one or two or more registration places corresponding to other formats as candidates; a creation means 201A which creates registration result information including information for the electronic document, the selected registration destination and the candidates; and a registration means 202A which registers the electronic document to the selected registration destination, for example, a storage part of a document management server 4, and registers the electronic document to a candidate instructed based on the registration result information instructed to change any one of the selected candidates to the registration destination.
