PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing, reducing the frictional force between a cage and a regulating member and preventing edge contact to restrain abrasion and heating value between the resin-made cage and the regulating member. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing 10 includes: the resin-made cage 14 retaining a plurality of rolling elements 13 disposed to roll at the substantially equal spaces in the circumferential direction between an outer ring raceway surface 11a of an outer ring 11 and an inner raceway surface 12a of an inner ring 12; and a regulating member 19 fitted in the axial end of the outer ring 11 to regulate the axial movement of the cage 14.
