PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater take-out device which can be easily detached without the detachment of a fixed downpipe, and which can also be easily attached. SOLUTION: Both a bottom portion of a rainwater drainage portion 7 and that of a rainwater take-out portion 10 are arranged in such a manner as to be almost flush with each other; the rainwater take-out portion is lower than the rainwater drainage portion; an upper end 1a of the rainwater take-out device 1 is inclined obliquely downward from the rainwater drainage portion to the rainwater take-out portion; the length of a rainwater drainage channel 6 is greater than the insertion length of the upside downpipe of the rainwater take-out device in a mounted state, so as to enable the deeper insertion of the upside downpipe; and a rainwater take-out channel 8 of the rainwater take-out portion, which communicates with the rainwater drainage channel, enables the partial insertion of the upside downpipe which is deeply inserted into the rainwater drainage channel.
