WADDING, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wadding product developing bulkiness and having bulk endurance by using filament fibers as fibers for a plurality of loop-shaped fibers and fixing the filament fibers in a loop-like shape and to provide a method for producing the wadding, and to provide a wadding product using the method. SOLUTION: The wadding is obtained by twisting and integrating a plurality of loop-shaped fibers (14) around core yarns (12a and 12b). The loop-shaped fibers (14) are constituted of multifilament fibers and opened and the core yarns (12a and 12b) are constituted of at least two kinds of yarns different in melting points and heat-fused to integrate the loop-shaped fibers (14).
