PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load collapse preventing band which easily enables a fastener to be temporarily fixed around a cargo, and can be wound around the cargo and fastened by a single worker. SOLUTION: A band body 2 is made to pass from the opposite side from one surface side on which a fastening body 5 of a fastening frame 4 of the fastener 3 is located, and is wound around the fastening body 5. The folded back 13 of the wound band body 2 is made to pass through the fastening frame 4, and the folded back 13 is pinched in a space between the fastening body 5 and the fastening frame 4 by the pulling of the band body 2 to the fastener 3. The folded back section 13 is pinched in a space between the band body 2 and the fastening frame 4, and the fastener 3 keeps the band body 2 in a fastened state in this load collapse preventing band 1. On one surface at the opposite side from one surface side on which the fastening body 5 of the fastening frame 4 is located in the fastener 3 of the load collapse preventing band 1, an insertion plate 6 is detachably attached in a manner to be turnable in the longitudinal direction of the band body 2.
