The present invention relates to use of a pyridine compound of the following formula [I]: wherein R is a substituted pyridyl group having the following formula: R0 is a C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl group, R1 and R2 are the same or different and a C1-6 alkoxy group, X is a group of the formula: -N- or a group of the formula: Ring A is a saturated or unsaturated 10-membered nitrogen-containing hetero-bicyclic group optionally having a substituent(s), the dotted line means the presence or absence of a double bond, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the preparation of a medicament for treatment of skin lesion.
