METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPRATUS FOR IMPLEMENTING MOBILE HANDOVER

The invention discloses a method for implementing mobile handover. Therein when the MN, which has finished the initial attachment in the access network domain, needs to carry out a mobile handover in current access domain, the method includes: selecting a target access router (N-AR) in current access network domain; pre-establishing a connection with the selected N-AR, and modifying the initial attachment information in the process of pre-establishing the connection; completing the process of pre-establishing a connection and performing handover as well as releasing the resources of the previous point of attachment. The embodiment of the invention discloses a system and apparatus for implementing mobile handover at the same time. Seamless handover can be achieved in NGN architecture by adoption of the method, system and apparatus disclosed by the embodiment of the invention.
